His story
His story
Alain Mikli founded his eponymous fashion house in Toulouse in 1978, marking the beginning of a creative adventure. In 1983, he moved to Paris to unveil his first colorful frames, before surprising the market in 1987 with the iconic zebra pattern. Then, in 1991, he launched his cat-eye frame, which became an instant classic. Finally, in 2008, the brand joined the Kering group, propelling Vintage Frames internationally.

The AM 005 model, released in 1978, captivated with its unique titanium and acetate alloy, offering lightness and robustness. The AM 009 frame from 1983, with its oversized cat-eye shape and bold colors, quickly became a symbol of the decade. Finally, the all-terrain AM 511, released in 1991, won over enthusiasts with its avant-garde geometric design and optimal comfort.
