His story
His story
Founded in 1921 in Romans-sur-Isère, Charles Jourdan first established itself as a luxury shoemaker renowned for its women's shoes. In the 1960s and 1970s, the brand expanded its offerings to include leather goods and accessories, and then to eyewear in the 1980s. Produced under license, Charles Jourdan eyewear reflects French expertise combined with international distribution, while retaining the signature elegance that has made the brand famous.
