Restore comfort and durability to your glasses with our parts replacement and refurbishment service. Over time, certain essential parts can wear out or become detached, affecting the fit and ergonomics of your frame. We work quickly to restore your glasses and extend their lifespan.
Our services include:
- Screw replacement : Secure fixing of hinges and branches to prevent loosening.
- Change of sleeves : Refurbishment of the temple tips for optimal comfort behind the ears.
- Replacement of the pads : Installation of new pads for a better fit on the nose and a feeling of lightness.
- Complete Refurbishment : Cleaning, polishing and adjustments to restore the original appearance and comfort of your glasses.

How does it work?
1. Order & Validation
- Add the repair service to your cart and complete your order.
- Once your order has been confirmed, send us a photo of your frame via WhatsApp or email to contact@visionjanine.com for confirmation.
2. Shipping your mount
- You will receive a shipping slip by email to send us your glasses.
- A flat rate of €8 covers round-trip shipping via Mondial Relay (relay point).
- For home delivery , the package is €12 return via Mondial Relay .
3. Repair & Treatment
- As soon as we receive your frame at our premises, it will be taken care of within 5 working days .
4. Returning your repaired glasses
- Once your pair is ready, you will receive an email confirming its shipment to the address indicated when you ordered.
Interview
- Handle your glasses carefully: Hold your glasses by the arms to avoid leaving marks on the lenses.
- Clean them in cold water with mild soap, then wipe them with a microfiber cloth.
- Always store them in their case and avoid placing them on the glasses.
- Keep them away from heat sources to avoid damage.
- Avoid abrasive products: Never use household cleaners or inappropriate wipes that could damage the glass treatments.
- Check regularly: Inspect the screws and adjust them if necessary to maintain proper alignment of the mount.
