Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has been shipped. Potential delays may be experienced in the event of high order volume, or postal service issues that are beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
We offer a flat rate of €15 for shipping costs to European countries outside France, and €19 for all other countries in the world.
Free delivery in France, Mondial Relay for orders over €50.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping services to all countries
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Vision Janine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@latotale.love with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund you the full amount of the order minus shipping costs and a flat rate of €6 for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@latotale.love with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
